Coastal and glen walking were a treat, but you need to be fit. The IOM combines history, culture and friendly people with a noticeable, quirky sense of humour. A charming house in a lovely setting. Friendly hosts, in particular, Dave the dog who likes to visit. Port Errin is a great base to explore the rest of the island, close to Spanish Head,……

“I can not say enough good things about the farmhouse itself, its location and the owners (who stay in the separated side of the home). The farmhouse is absolutely gorgeous, and for the past 25+ years, so many loving details, restoration and updates have gone into creating such a lovely place to stay. What you wake up to, and end the evening with, are the most beautiful views of the Irish Sea and the southern coastline of the Isle of Man, and directly in front, a lush pasture with birds, rabbits……
